The Three Pillars that underpin Heart to Heart Sales™, and why they're important for your business too.

When we know the values and ideas that underpin our business, it makes it easier for others' to understand what our business is about.  I was in business for a year before it dawned on me that I needed to talk more about what under-pinned this business, because, well, especially with sales, which is perceived as such a manipulative thing, I wanted to ensure that anyone who encountered my business knew that I wasn't into that!

The three pillars of Heart to Heart Sales™ are:

  • Alignment
  • Connection
  • Preparation

These pillars not only underpin how I run my business, but also how I teach sales, how I sell, and how my clients feel when they are selling to their clients.

So, on these first few blog posts, I'll be sharing more about how these pillars can apply to your business too, and, more importantly, to your own successful sales, without ever feeling manipulative, uncomfortable or un-aligned.
